Although we just started in 2018, our biggest accomplishment has been the design and construction of our Coppedge Lane project in Midway Hollow. This project has been the most expensive house per square foot sold in Midway Hollow, a small transitioning neighborhood in North Dallas. Truly caring about our work and taking pride in it is what helped our team make a big difference in the Midway Hollow market. ALEJANDRO JAIMES

Hi, my name is Alejandro Jaimes and I am the the owner and project manager of Fourteen Construction. Any builder can get your house built but not any builder truly cares about maintaining a great relationship with you during and after the project. In order to do that, I work hard to make the best possible home with your budget, provide great quality work and maintain good communication. After all, we will be working together for almost a year so why not do things right so we can get along just fine!

Design Consultant

Mariana Jaimes is my wife and she works very closely with me to ensure the design and finishing factors are always kept a major priority. She doesn't really care about the important stuff behind the walls; that's my job. Her main focus is on making sure everything you can see and touch is amazing and well coordinated!

Finishes Quality Manager

Baltazar Jaimes is my dad. He is an expert in finishes. From drywall to paint, flooring, tile work, woodwork, glass work, countertops, hardware and exterior finishes; my dad's expertise helps ensure the quality of anything you can see.
